Civil, family, employment and commercial law

Know where you stand legally before you decide what to do.

At a first meeting we read your documents, set out the options you have and what each one costs. Korinthou 214, Patras, third floor.

The deadlines people miss most often

A guide only: the time limit in your case may differ. If a bailiff has handed you a document, call us the same week.

4 months

to renounce an inheritance, from the day you learn you are an heir.

Before you come

What should I bring?+

ID and every related document: contracts, court papers, letters, messages. If something was served on you, bring it as you received it: the date of service sets the deadlines.

Can we meet online?+

Yes, by video call. Send us the documents first so we have read them.

How is the fee set?+

By a written agreement before we start: one amount for the whole matter or one per stage. Court costs such as filing fees and service are listed separately.

Can I get legal aid?+

People on a low income can ask for a lawyer paid by the state (Law 3226/2004). The application is filed at the court; we tell you which papers you need.

Will anyone know I came?+

No. What you tell us is covered by privilege, and that holds even if you do not instruct us in the end.

The office

Meetings by appointment only, including Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
